We accept deposits in the amount of $100.00 that will go toward the final price of your puppy. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable for any reason. The prices for the puppies are firm and will not be marked down for any reason apart from those specified by the breeder. * Breeder acknowledges that the puppy is in good health and is physically sound at the time of sale. * You have full responsibility for the puppy /dog you have received from purchase date forward.... be sure and have your pup checked by your vet with in 72 hrs. Upon receiving! Send us a copy of that health report for our records. and to keep with your health guarantee. Depending on the age of the pup, you may need to schedule appointments for next set of puppy shots and worming. The buyer is responsible for all veterinarian expenses from purchase date forward. YOU, the buyer, have full rights to your puppy/dog... you have the right to breed, or not to breed your puppy once it becomes an "adult" dog. we do not guarantee you to have more than a loving pet and companion, but if you decide you want to breed your dog, then you should evaluate your dog once it becomes of breeding age, and decide what you are breeding for, and why, before you make that decision.... * Replacement of puppy of equal value (my choice) will be made if all of the following requirements are met: * The puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours of delivery date. Buyer must contact Seller immediately upon discovery of a life threatening genetic defect. ANY delay in doing so voids this guarantee. The opinion of two licensed veterinarians (one of them being Bama’s Mountain Schnauzers choice) is required to determine that the puppy indeed has a life threatening genetic defect that was present since birth. The puppy must be returned to Bamas Mountain Schnauzers within 72 hours from delivery time and accompanied by a letter from the examining Veterinarian(s) stating in what respect the puppy has been found to have a life threatening genetic defect. If, during the puppy's exam by a licensed veterinarian, puppy is declared to be in a life threatening condition within 72 hours of delivery date, the puppy must be returned to Bamas Mountain Schnauzers alive within 72 hours of the delivery date along with written report submitted by the attending veterinarian. We reserve the right to find a second opinion of our choice. Buyer pays for all costs involved with return/replacement of puppy. (shipping charges) * Buying a puppy/dog takes a lot of responsibility, be sure you are ready for that responsibility! If for any reason you decide you can’t get/keep your puppy or adult dog after you have purchased it, you may return him/her to us and we will find/place him/her in a new home. [No "Refund" implied]. * We guarantee against genetic defects that came from our breeding program until the pup is one year old. If a major genetic defect is found, we will exchange your puppy with another of equal value. We will need your veterinarians dated and signed statement of the puppy's genetic condition and the Cause of that defect or condition. [At no time is the seller responsible for any vet expenses. Or illness, defects/conditions caused by buyers neglect, abuse, improper nutrition, mishandling or any injuries to puppy caused by said conditions.] Puppy must not have been bred or altered... * Buyer should provide lots of love, proper nutrition and training to ensure pups well rounded growth... and as protection for our pups/adult dogs, if at any time, I the seller find that a pup, or adult dog we sold being abused, mistreated, or treated inhumanely, I reserve the right to reclaim the pup/dog at the owners expense. [No refund implied]..... * If placing a deposit; the buyer must pick up the reserved/purchased dog 72 hours from the day that the pups are available and the pup is to be paid in full. If the buyer does not pick up the reserved/purchased pup 72 hours from the available date or make proper arrangements then the breeder reserves the right to keep the pup, charge a $100 inconvenience fee, or sell the puppy to the next available buyer at the breeder’s discretion. * All puppies purchased from Bamas Mountain Schnauzers must place the initials (BMS) on all registration papers at the beginning of the the name section of the papers. | This contract must be printed out and signed prior to the seller releasing the puppy to their new owner. We ask that if you place a deposit for a puppy that you send the signed contract at that time. If not you will be asked to sign before puppy is released to you. |
